Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope

  1. These Terms apply to your use of the App and its features.
  2. If there is any conflict between these Terms and our Privacy Policy regarding information processing, the Privacy Policy controls.
  3. The App is distributed via the App Store. Your use is also subject to Apple’s applicable rules and any applicable end‑user license agreement (EULA).

3. Paid Features and Subscriptions (If Applicable)

Some features may be offered via in‑app purchases or auto‑renewing subscriptions (e.g., Pro/VIP). Pricing, duration, and benefits are shown in the App and on the App Store.

  1. Billing: purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store; we do not receive your payment card details.
  2. Auto‑renewal: subscriptions renew automatically under App Store rules unless you cancel before the end of the current subscription period.
  3. Manage/cancel: you can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings (Apple ID → Subscriptions).
  4. Restore: you can restore purchases via the App Store or an in‑app “Restore Purchases” option (if available).
  5. Refunds: refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
  6. Subscription management provider: we may use third‑party services such as RevenueCat to help verify subscription status and deliver entitlements.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

  1. Use the App lawfully and respect copyrights and third‑party rights. Only use the App for content you have the legal right to access and play.
  2. Not use the App to bypass access controls, defeat technical protection measures, or otherwise infringe rights.
  3. Not abuse the service through automation, malicious requests, reverse engineering, interference, or disruption of the App or related services.
  4. If you enable App Lock/Private Space, keep your passcode safe. If you forget it, access may not be recoverable.

5. Third‑Party Content and Links

  1. Content you access via the App may come from third‑party websites/services. Those third parties are responsible for their content, legality, and availability.
  2. We do not guarantee that every link can be parsed or played. Playback may be affected by network conditions, third‑party restrictions, and media formats.
  3. You may be subject to third‑party terms when using third‑party services/content.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its materials (excluding third‑party content) are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or exploit any part of the App without permission, except as allowed by applicable law.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  1. The App is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error‑free operation.
  2. We are not liable for issues caused by third‑party content, network conditions, device compatibility, or system limitations beyond what the law requires.
  3. You are responsible for any consequences arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App as needed. We may restrict or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
